About the game

A chess variation with a unique twist: Black turns White into undead like themselves. Pawn of the Dead is a chess variant that differs from classical chess with its unique mechanic: White pieces get infected into Black (undead) pieces when captured. But do not worry, there is always a solution to win in these asymmetrical levels. Solve handcrafted puzzles, learn the new rules through a story-driven campaign, and face off against the undead horde across boards designed to test your tactical thinking.
